Duties

- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food handling practices, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus that reflect current food trends.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards while maintaining consistency across all offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in the food industry, with a strong background in restaurant management or kitchen experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence is essential.
