About the Role:
This isn’t just a teaching job — it’s about shaping careers. You’ll guide students through creative cutting, colouring, and styling, mentor them on the salon floor, and help them gain the confidence to succeed in a real-world salon environment.
What You'll Do:
- Teach hairstyling techniques: precision cuts, colour theory, colour application.
- Support students while they work on real clients in our salon.
- Perfect their work with your expert eye — cuts, colour, and styles.
- Bring energy, creativity, and inspiration into every class.
- Build a fun, supportive, and professional learning atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Ontario Hairstyling License.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in hairstyling.
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, and hairstyling.
- Solid knowledge of theory and technique.
- A love for teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
- Teaching experience is a bonus — but passion and talent matter most!
