Responsabilités
- Superviser service en salle (accueil, caisse, expérience client)
- Recruter, former et motiver l’équipe FOH
- Maintenir standards de service (MAPAQ, CNESST)
- Analyser ventes, coûts main-d’œuvre, satisfaction client
- Travailler avec la direction pour performance & lancement
Profil recherché
- 2–4 ans d’expérience en gestion FOH
- Leadership, organisation, sens client
- Bilingue français-anglais obligatoire (mandarin = atout)
- Certificats MAPAQ + Smart Serve requis
- Expérience en ouverture = gros plus

Responsibilities
- Lead FOH operations: service, guest experience, cash, ambience
- Recruit, train, schedule and motivate staff (servers, hosts, cashiers)
- Keep service standards high and the vibe fun (but professional)
- Drive sales & labor results, uphold MAPAQ & QC labour rules
- Work closely with GM on launch, staffing, and daily performance
Requirements
- 2–4 yrs FOH management experience
- Strong leadership, communication and service instincts
- Bilingual French/English required (Mandarin a plus)
- MAPAQ + Smart Serve (or QC-equivalent) certifications required
- Experience opening new locations a strong asset
