Major Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of building grounds to ensure curbside appearance meets contract requirements and Edon’s standards
  • Perform snow removal and landscaping tasks such as sweeping, blowing, shoveling, mowing, and trimming
  • Cut and water grass, inspecting for signs of disease or insect damage
  • Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, bulbs, grass, and other greenery
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
  • Complete general grounds maintenance tasks and respond to emergencies
  • Represent Edon in a professional manner as a front-line contact with clients, tenants, and subcontractors
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, and teamwork in interactions with co-workers and clients

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous landscaping or maintenance experience considered an asset
  • Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer care and communication skills
  • Ability to operate small power equipment used in landscape maintenance
