Job Title: Turf Maintenance Start Date: September to November 2025 (approximately) Location: Innisfil, ON Compensation: Starting at $17.20/hour
Job Description:
National Pines Golf Club is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Turf Maintenance team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of our golf course and surrounding areas, ensuring a top-tier experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate light utility vehicles and hand power equipment, including:
- Line trimmers
- Brush cutters
- Rotary mowers
- Riding mowers
- Utilize hand tools such as shovels and rakes for landscaping tasks.
- Perform an assortment of tasks related to turf maintenance, including:
- Maintaining greens and fairways, natural areas, bunkers, walkways, and greenspaces.
- Course setup.
- Landscaping around the clubhouse.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commit to early morning starts, including weekend mornings.
Qualifications:
- Valid G driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capacity for physical labor in various outdoor conditions.
- Previous turf maintenance experience (preferred but not required).
- A good understanding of golf and course maintenance (an asset).
