Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Grademan/Pipelayer with operating experience to join our team for smaller scale municipal/commercial civil construction jobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grading and pipelaying, as well as experience operating machinery relevant to these tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform grading and pipelaying tasks according to project specifications
- Operate machinery such as excavators, loaders, and trenchers
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Grademan/Pipelayer
- Experience operating construction machinery
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Type: Fulltime, Permanent
Pay: $32-$38 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
