The Seasonal Food & Beverage Concession staff will be responsible for cash handling, preparing food, barbecuing, banquet services, serving alcoholic beverages, inventory and waste controls, and operating the beverage cart. Hours of work vary depending upon weather conditions and employees are expected to work day, afternoon and weekend shifts. This position involves standing for long periods of time and moderate lifting. Students are welcome to apply.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in food preparation, knowledge and understanding of all Health & Safety Guidelines, and the ability to operate all cooking and food preparation equipment (fryers and grills) safely and effectively
- Upon successful hire, individuals will be required to have received certification in Smart Serve and Safe Food

WAGE/SALARY RANGE: $17.48 per hour (based on a 40-hour work week)
