Building Construction & Glazing (all levels)

Who We Are: With four locations, Kruse Glass & Aluminum works across Saskatchewan & Alberta to provide glass & construction solutions in the auto, residential & commercial construction industry. We are searching for immediate assistance in our Regina branch.
Job Summary:
Cutting, installing, and replacing glass in windows, doors, skylights & storefronts. Installation, repair, and replacement of windows and doors in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This role involves removing old units, fitting new components, sealing for insulation and weatherproofing, and ensuring a secure and precise installation.

Skills Required:
- need to be punctual & reliable
- need to have a "customers first" mindset
- able to lift 50lbs
- climb ladders
- work outdoors all year
- must be friendly & honest, professional & communicative with coworkers and customers
- demonstrate the safe work practices of hand and power tools
- Strong communication skills-
- Valid Class 5 (or better) driver's license
- operate lifting equipment (scissor lifts, zoom booms, telehandlers, etc..) (Training will be provided if needed) -
- clean up workstations and maintain equipment daily
- ability to follow direction-demonstrate an ability to safely load & maneuver a full size pickup truck with a tandem axle trailer
- able to understand drawings, blueprints & replicate precise measurements
- ability/knowledge/willingness to work with commercial glass curtain walls, storefronts, structural glass, windows, doors, automatic doors, railing, glass showers and mirrors.

Pay: $20.00-$37.00 per hour
