S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking a dedicated Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service and sales support.
Overview:
The Personalization Specialist will be working directly with our General Sales Manager and Director of Sales and will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers, analyzing their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Duties/Responsibilities
1. Oversee the Financial Services responsibilities and daily functions
2. Perform customer turnovers to gain/gather all required personal information to submit deals/finance & lease applications for approval.
3. Work diligently with all banks/lenders to gain approvals on all New and Used vehicle sales.
4. Provide weekly status updates for all Genesis sold orders.
5. Schedule all New & Used car deliveries with customers in a timely manner.
6. Printing files (Ensure all required contracts & documents are printed with accurate information in preparation for New & Used car deliveries).
7. Submit Purchase Orders PO’s to the Ownership Department to prepare all New & Used car deliveries.
8. Complete licensing on all New & Used car deliveries 24hrs in advance of delivery date.
9. Complete New & Used car deliveries by having all contracts/documents signed/dated and collecting all monies owing on delivery.
10. Package files after delivery (Ensure all contracts and documents are in order and placed in the file as per Genesis Canada requirements. Upload any/all documents in the Genesis system for funding. Hand in delivered files same day to Genesis Operations Manager to close and send to accounting).
11. Manage and follow up on all New & Used car deals to ensure they are funded within 5 business days. Provide support to get deals funded.
12. Manage the Genesis Financial Services duties and Business in a consistent manner that represents the integrity and excellent dealership reputation.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or data entry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in upselling techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and working under pressure.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
