Are you a motivated leader with a passion for retail operations and team development? We’re seeking a dedicated General Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment while driving profitability and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Schedule and supervise staff in compliance with labor laws
- Provide clear guidance, motivation, and appropriate discipline to ensure task completion and team cohesion
- Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized store and storage areas
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and store presentation meets company standards
- Inventory & Vendor Relations:
- Manage inventory levels and order stock based on sales projections
- Maintain vendor relationships and implement cost-effective practices to support profitability
- Reporting & Communication:
- Participate in monthly meetings and provide performance reports to store owners
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices
- Familiarity with labor law compliance and scheduling tools
