- Will be a proven leader with a passion for the craft beer, wine and spirits industry
- Has experience in coaching, training, managing and scheduling
- Possesses a positive attitude and can energize a team
- Is an effective communicator with the ability to share knowledge with our team and our guests
- Is the ultimate team player
- Has the ability to create a ‘wow’ experience for our guests and coaches others to do the same
- Embodies the JAK’s values of Caring, Learning, Integrity, Hospitality. Wine Knowledge of WSET 2 or WSET 3 is an asset

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure JAK's brand promises are consistently delivered: Unique product selection, outstanding service, unmatched in-store experience.
- Facilitate a fun work environment by bringing a fun energy to work to energize the team and inspire others to do the same.
- Assist in leading and managing a team of customer service/sales specialists
- Develop successful people by providing training, mentoring and coaching to the team.
- Ensure all JAK's standards are met and exceeded, resulting in an outstanding retail experience.
- Participate in the hiring process through collaboration with the store manager and/or Human Resources
- Communicate and achieve the budgeted key performance indicators for your team
- Create and implement customer-focused business strategies Participate in the performance management process and conduct regular performance reviews
