We are looking for people that aren’t afraid to sweep the floor even if your at the top of the ladder. Class 3 license is very helpful . Mechanical abilities are a must (maintenance, oil changes, checking for damage, keeping things clean and organized ) . Skills such as operating skid steers , back hoes , trenchers , directional drills , and hydrovac's are just some of the pieces of equipment you will acquire.
