Summary
We are seeking a Laborer to join our team at Swamp Rabbit Inc. This position is essential for supporting our HDD operations, contributing to the successful execution of various projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our work sites are safe, organized, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of drilling equipment.
- Support crew members in various tasks related to HDD operations.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to drilling operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
