Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and cleaning construction sites
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Support skilled tradespeople on various tasks
- Help with framing houses, shops, and other buildings
- Perform other general labor duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid driver’s license (required)
- Previous construction or framing experience (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and energetic team player
- Own PPE, tool belt, and basic hand tools
