RAPS is Seeking a Full time community support worker to assist an individual who has a mild cognitive delay and is hearing impaired. (E16)

Location West Edmonton

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9am-3pm

Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to: encouraging of independent life skills, supporting on outings and participation in activities (Ex, swimming, bowling, exercise), supervision, and companionship.

Qualifications: the successful candidate must have an updated criminal record check containing the Vulnerable sector check portion, a driver’s license/vehicle with appropriate insurance for client transportation. Must speak clear and fluent English. Previous support work experience and First Aide/ CPR considered are both considered an asset.

Ideal candidate will be fun, outgoing, proactive, and self motivated to find and source fun activities within the community!

Rate of Pay: $20.00/ hour
