Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of a full-stack cloud native software solution. This individual will lead both front-end and back-end development pods, ensuring the team adheres implementing solutions that align with business goals and client-approved architecture. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, is hands-on with code, and can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor front-end and back-end development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure sprint commitments align with project milestones.

  • Monitor and manage progress against the delivery roadmap, identifying and addressing blockers early.

  • Review and approve code, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security.

  • Work closely with DevOps and QA to maintain a robust and reliable release process.

  • Ensure development efforts align with client-approved architecture and design patterns.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Drive architectural decisions within the team and guide trade-off discussions.

  • Collaborate with product owners to define requirements.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, tooling, automation, and learning.

  • Translate business objectives and functional requirements into clear and actionable development tasks.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.

  • 10+ years of strong experience building Custom software solutions.

  • Experience building solutions with Angular, Java /Spring, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Apigee and other GCP cloud native services.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions.

  • Strong debugging and testing skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
