The Front of House Manager is directly responsible for all front of the house take out operations including cooking chicken, preparation of the front service area, serving customers, cashier services, maintaining an efficient team, cleaning tasks, closing cashier till, as well as opening and closing the restaurant.
The Front of House Manger will oversee all front of the house staff and work closely with the Chef to ensure smooth operation while following both company and facility policies and standards.
The Front of House Manager will have to continually strive for %100 guest satisfaction.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day leadership of all aspects
- Provides a steady leadership presence on the floor daily, monitoring guest, food and team member service while driving growth in food sales and managing labour costs
- Overseeing Hot Table to maximize food availability
- Minimizing guest wait times
- Overseeing and directing all staff activities
- Monitoring to ensure that service standards are being executed and to provide coaching for staff improvement
- Ensuring restaurant is properly cleaned at the end of every night shift
- Ensuring all workers complete their tasks
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all Covid-19 standards and practices
