**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to assist the Manager with the daily operations at our hotel front desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and supervising the front desk staff effectively.
**Duties:**
- Supervise front desk staff.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
-Work independently in the absence of Management
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Train new staff members on hotel procedures and customer service standards
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee reservations and room assignments
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a hospitality or hotel front desk role
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hospitality software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
