We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing documents, organizing office supplies, and maintaining the front desk area.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an auto body repair shop is required.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment and software applications, including QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with strong data entry skills.
