Part-Time Dental Receptionist – Tues/Wed/Thurs & Saturdays | Yorkville, Toronto

At Toronto Smile Design – Yorkville Dental, we’re more than just a dental office — we’re a highly personalized, patient-first practice that blends innovation with compassion, and we’re looking for someone just like you to join our incredible team.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Additional hours may become available in the future as we continue to grow.
Who You Are:
You’re the kind of person who lights up a room and makes patients feel at ease the moment they walk through the door. You’re detail-driven, proactive, and take pride in running an organized, smooth front desk. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and genuinely love helping people.
If you also have experience as a dental assistant or would love to learn more about clinical procedures, that’s a major bonus — we’re happy to support growth in both administrative and clinical areas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental reception experience (preferred)
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail (required)
- Dental assisting background or training (a strong asset)
- Warm, clear, and professional communication skills
- Confident with dental software and appointment scheduling
- Reliable, self-driven, discreet, and a true team player
