Sultan Fitness 02 is a dynamic sport and recreation centre offering 24/7 access, a variety of indoor courts (basketball, volleyball, pickleball), youth programs, and private facility rentals. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility.
You’ll be responsible for greeting guests, managing bookings, answering inquiries, and keeping the front area running smoothly. If you're upbeat, love engaging with people, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment — you’ll thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages in a timely and helpful manner
- Manage bookings for court rentals, youth programs, and open gym sessions
- Check in clients and ensure waiver forms and memberships are up to date
- Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, and pricing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Process payments and issue receipts as needed
- Communicate with coaches, management, and cleaning staff when needed
- Help promote current offers, youth programs, or special events
- Monitor front entrance activity and ensure facility rules are followed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a positive, welcoming personality
- Experience in a customer service or receptionist role is an asset
- Comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and email
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy hours
- Interest in fitness, sports, or recreation is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends may be required)
