Tunnel Pilates is hiring front desk staff to join our team in Vancouver.This is a key role in keeping the studio running smoothly and making sure every client has an elevated experience from the moment they walk in.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and check them in for class
- Manage bookings, waitlists, and membership questions
- Handle retail and class sales
- Keep the studio clean, stocked, and organized
- Support instructors and help with smooth class transitions
- Set the tone — make people feel welcome, taken care of, and excited to be there
Who We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Friendly and confident with great communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and organized
- Has good taste and understands the Tunnel vibe
Bonus if you:
- Have worked in a fitness or hospitality setting before
- Are familiar with Wix or other booking software
- Have an interest in Pilates, wellness, or fitness
Details:
Part-time and full-time shifts available. Early morning, evening, and weekend availability is a must.

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
