SUNDAY : 12PM - 9PM
MONDAY : 4PM - 10PM
We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and positive team-oriented individuals to join our restaurant team. We are willing to train the right candidates. This position involves working directly with the public to provide Food and Beverage services and assist guests in enjoying themselves while they are here. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant and enjoy interacting with a variety of people.
We are looking for an experienced Expeditor to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in customer service and be able to work quickly and efficiently to ensure that orders are delivered on time. The Expeditor will be responsible for monitoring the progress of orders, tracking inventory, and communicating with servers and cooks. Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of orders and ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the servers to the kitchen
- Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
- Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature
- Assisting servers with running food
- Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff (e.g. when a customer has a particular request)
- Memorize food menu items & identify on expo
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times;
- Additional duties may be assigned;
