Join the Swirl World team as a Food Counter Attendant! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving our delicious food offerings. Training will be provided to eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Small talk and friendly interactions with customers
- Process payments for food items purchased
- Stock refrigerators, freezers, and toppings stations
- Prepare fresh toppings and backup supplies
- Serve customers at service counters
- Operate blenders and mixers to create flavours
- Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, kitchen, counter, and toppings stations
- Clean tables and address spillage promptly
- Provide courteous and prompt customer service
Mandatory Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, up to 10:30PM and weekends.
Preferred Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in food service or customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude
