Camelot’s Food & Beverage department is currently hiring full-time on-course, dining and banquet servers. Servers provide food and beverages to Camelot Members and their guests on-course, in the casual Legend Grill, our formal Great Hall dining room and our best-in-class three-level patio, in an appropriate, friendly manner. Similarly, high quality services are provided to our banquet and event guests, as we host numerous weddings, meetings, anniversary parties, charity golf tournaments and Christmas events each year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the restaurant or bar areas.
- Take food and beverage orders, providing detailed descriptions and recommendations from the menu.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure proper order preparation and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tables, chairs, and service areas.
- Process guest payments, member billing, and credit transactions.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Promote the golf course’s amenities and special events.
- Assist with event setups, including banquets or golf tournaments, as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively upsell to guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server, preferably in a golf course, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays of food or drinks for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Smart Serve Certified
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and carry items as needed.
