FLORIST – SUPERVISOR
Location: Kamloops (Retail Storefront)
We’re opening a new florist in Kamloops—and we’re looking for a talented and organized Florist Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day in-shop experience! If you love flowers, enjoy working with people, and are ready to step into a leadership role in a fun, fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect fit.
As Florist Supervisor, you’ll support the daily operations of our retail flower shop: designing beautiful bouquets, helping customers pick the perfect gift, and guiding a small team to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of the in-store team, helping ensure our shop feels warm, welcoming, and full of floral magic.
THE JOB:
- Design bouquets and floral arrangements for walk-in customers and pre-orders
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing the shop and managing the floor
- Provide outstanding in-person customer service—helping customers choose the right flowers, cards or gifts
- Guide and support a small team of in-shop florists and seasonal staff during shifts
- Help manage floral inventory, including organizing the cooler, receiving fresh product, and ensuring minimal waste
- Ensure the shop always looks clean, organized, and beautiful (we take pride in our aesthetic!)
- Process orders through the POS and assist with in-store merchandising
- Support with seasonal displays, retail events, and holiday prep
- Communicate feedback or ideas to the store lead and HQ team to keep things running smoothly
- Jump in wherever needed—we’re a startup and we work as a team!
WHO YOU ARE:
- 2-5+ years of hands-on floral design experience MANDATORY
- Comfortable assisting or leading a small team
- Friendly and upbeat, with great people skills
- Passionate about flowers, creativity, and helping customers feel special
- Detail-oriented and organized—you love a tidy cooler and well-stocked workspace
- Confident using technology, specifically a POS system and other tech-based work
- Bonus: Experience training others or leading by example during busy shifts

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
