Key Responsibilities
- Provide active leadership and direction to Suite Attendants, Runners, Porters, and Pantry teams throughout each event.
- Conduct pre-shift huddles and post-shift debriefs to review expectations, promotions, and operational updates.
- Monitor suite readiness, food and beverage presentation, and cleanliness prior to guest arrival.
- Support and oversee fulfillment of live orders, VIP requests, and special event service standards.
- Collaborate with culinary teams and the Suite Kitchen Lead to manage pacing, timing, and escalation of kitchen-related issues.
- Enforce alcohol service policy and responsible beverage handling in accordance with Smart Serve.
- Address and resolve guest concerns in real time with professionalism and tact.
- Monitor employee conduct, performance, and appearance; coach and document where required.
- Complete event logs, incident reports, and supervisor checklists.
- Perform opening and closing duties including inventory reconciliation and cleanliness audits.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage or hospitality, preferably in a premium or event-based environment.
- Smart Serve Certified (Ontario).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, workplace safety, and service protocols.
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays for stadium event schedule.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Working Conditions
- Event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, and remain physically active for extended periods.
- High-pressure environment with loud noise, tight deadlines, and continuous interaction with guests and team members.
Physical Demands
- Frequent walking, standing, lifting (up to 30 lbs), stair navigation, reaching, and speaking.
- Occasional bending, crouching, or extended mobility.
- Exposure to indoor/outdoor conditions depending on suite level and stadium configuration.
Equipment Used
- Two-way radio communication device
- Mobile ordering tablets or POS input systems
- Alcohol and food service trays, carts, and carriers
- Cleaning tools and sanitizing products
- Inventory and checklist documentation tools (digital or printed)
