Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee daily service and keep things running smoothly
- Support servers and help during rush hours
- Resolve customer concerns and special requests
- Assign tables and manage staff flow
- Help train new staff and maintain high FOH standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a lead server or supervisor role
- Smart Serve certification is prefered
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Available evenings, weekends, and busy periods
- Must have a valid Canadian work permit
