- LEARN: Start at $50-60k + bonus. We teach you lending & leadership. No fluff.
- BRANCH BOSS: Crush training (6-9 months), run a flagship branch. $55-65k + bonus. Own it.
- LEVEL UP: Hit targets? Next: District Manager ($70-80k, typically in 9–18 months for top performers). Then: Senior District Manager ($90-110k+). Zero politics. Founder access.
