The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for health & fitness along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills. It is essential for our trainers to be invested in their client's success as providing high quality services are the cornerstone of how we operate.
JOB DUTIES:
- Create & implement customized programs for clients based on specific fitness goals
- Conduct fitness assessments on clients/ members
- Lead group fitness classes such as Bootcamp, Boxercise & Body Sculpt
- Conduct gym tours
- Sell memberships to new clients/ members
- Customer service related duties including client check-ins, scheduling sessions, customer relationship, etc.
- Social media management/ content creation.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:
- Personal Trainer Certification required
- 1+ year of personal training/ group fitness training experience (preferred)
- Sales & customer service experience an asset
- First Aid/ CPR Certification
- Health/ Fitness related degree or diploma an asset
- Prior boxing experience an asset
- Social media management/ content creation experience is an asset.
* Must be comfortable doing split shifts
* Access to a vehicle necessary for easy commute
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
