About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Financial Services Manager with a passion for customer service and a head for numbers. You'll oversee the financial services of our Leduc dealership, working closely with both customers and internal teams to drive revenue, promote our financial products, and deliver top-tier service.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by success — both their own and their team’s.
What You’ll Be Doing

Promote and sell financing and after-market products (insurance, extended warranties, etc.)

Partner with customers to ensure full understanding of all financial offerings

Coordinate closely with sales, service, and financial institutions

Ensure accurate processing of vehicle sales, trade-ins, payments, and financing documents

Provide training and develop incentive programs for sales staff

Deliver unit scheduling and maintain regular reporting

Maintain the highest standards of honesty, compliance, and integrity
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
-
Business/Finance experience (RV, automotive, banking, marine, insurance, or similar)

Strong sales acumen and a customer-first approach

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible hours

Secondary education or equivalent experience
Nice to Haves:

Experience in the RV industry
-
Working knowledge of IDS or similar dealership management systems
