We are currently recruiting to fill a full-time permanent vacancy in our Elmira location.
Reporting to the branch manager, in this role you will bring expertise in credit, investments and everyday banking to provide financial advice and build solutions for members that meet their immediate and long-term financial needs. With empathy and curiosity, you will cultivate and manage member relationships, personal as well as small business and other organizations, and serve as an ambassador for Kindred to grow our business and impact as you invite others to experience banking with purpose.
Key responsibilities
- Meeting with members to understand needs, propose and fulfill credit and investment solutions.
- Building relationship through providing financial advice and making referrals to branch partners.
- Managing assigned loan portfolio by proactively serving members on an ongoing basis.
- Actively seeking out and pursuing new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and a network of contacts.

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:
- Completion of a post-secondary program, in Business or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial services
- MFDA license
- Experience in retail credit
- Strong relationship building skills
- Solid technical skills
