Summary
We are seeking a Financial Executive Administrator to join our dynamic team at Windswept Technologies in Ottawa. This role will contribute significantly to our mission of providing premium technology solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. You will be part of a dynamic team providing financial management and customer service functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Support budgeting activities through financial analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
- Provide light reception & call processing functions
- Assist in quote preparation and processing customer orders
- Qualifications
- Proficiency and working experience in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 products
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is preferred.
- Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Desire to be a strong team player and key role in a small office environment
