Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Services Account Manager to join the Western Ontario district team! The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining a client base as well as hunting new business. This role will involve travelling to current and new sites to prospect, cultivate and develop relationships to win new profitability revenue. You will overall be increasing positive awareness of our Field Services LOB within Western Ontario.

- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives, highly focused on Field Services LOBs.
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Developing new business opportunities with existing and underpenetrated customers through prospecting, quoting and negotiating solutions
- Establishing industry contacts, activity cadence and adherence to growth strategy
- Build strategic account plans for all owned accounts to win business from competitors
- Ensure customer satisfaction; interact with operations and customers to deliver exceptional service
- Handle disputes, conflicts and troubleshoot with clients
- Deliver effective contract and relationship management
- Document necessary customer information and interaction i.e. Salesforce
- Uphold and role-model corporate values.
- 5 years of related B2B sales/ Account Management / Business Development experience.
- Previous experience working in Field Services or Industrial Services.
- Waste management/Environmental services experience highly preferred.
- Post Secondary in Environmental Science, chemistry or related preferred.
- Valid G Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional business acumen, value selling and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, teamwork ability, and ability to influence others to produce sustainable relationships.
- Salesforce Software experience required.
