OUR ROLE

We are in search of an inspirational, dynamic F&B Supervisor who will demonstrate and ensure the highest level of courteous and efficient service to ensure guests feel welcome and that their needs are attended to. This position will consistently provide a seamless dining experience for all customers by assisting in overseeing daily operations, supervising the team and ensuring the highest level of service excellence and hospitality.

Key accountabilities include:

Consistently deliver exceptional service to guests and associates, setting a shining example for everyone to follow.

Supervise front of house staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders to ensure efficient service.

Train and mentor team members in customer service best practices and food safety standards.

Plan, supervise and control various operations, working closely and supporting the Banquets & Events Director.

Anticipate customers’ needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all customers and resolve complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Encourage and motivate staff with a positive attitude.

Operate POS (point of sale) and maintain security of system.

Ensure the correct set up for functions and bookings for the day.

Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.

Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations.

YOUR STORY

A seasoned professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.

A post-secondary education in Hospitality or other related discipline.

Someone with an outstanding work ethic, along with a track record of reliability, punctuality and an approachable demeanor, with a strong commitment to Safety.

Someone who has solid leadership skills, adept at training, coaching and motivating a team of service professionals.

An exceptional problem-solver, knowing how to troubleshoot, resolve situations efficiently, with the ability to shift priorities as needed.

Able to work well under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communicator who values teamwork and collaboration.

Someone with extensive knowledge in wine, beverages and bartending practices.

Physically able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time.

Physically able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance.
