Your Key Responsibilities
As an Agricultural Operative, you will:
- Work outdoors across our farm sites, contributing to key agricultural operations
- Follow set protocols to ensure high standards of animal care, hygiene, and safety
- Embrace a varied schedule including early starts and weekend rota shifts
- Receive full training and ongoing support to grow your skills and confidence
