Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check meters of all major heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment on a daily basis and coordinate all repairs to this equipment with contracted service providers or designated Cardinal employee
- Complete inspections of all fire equipment and log readings from fire equipment
- Coordinate all necessary repairs and maintenance for all Cardinal Clubhouses. This can involve coordinating repairs with outside contractors when designated staff member are unable to repair
- Coordinate the testing of all drinking water
- Arrange pest control services for all clubhouses
- Monitor the fuel level and working condition of the generator. Coordinate repairs and maintenance to this unit
- Monitor all septic and grease tanks and arrange pumping as required
- Maintain a necessary supply of cleaning products, water softener salt, toiletries, and towels
- Ensure all doors are functioning correctly. Arrange repairs when necessary
- Arrange major cleaning with regards to vents and chimneys
- Inspect and authorize all invoices related to building maintenance and submit to accounts payable as outlined in budget. Challenge all discrepancies with suppliers
- May be required to coordinate major projects with contractors Review all service contracts relating to mechanical equipment
- Coordinate and schedule all annual equipment inspections with necessary suppliers
- Execute small repairs and some painting as required
- Assist with some building repairs
- Coordinate Garbage and Recycling Pick up with Waste Management Company

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
