Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Eyelash Extensions Technician to join our growing team at both of our locations. If you have at least one year of experience in both classic and volume lash extensions, including the ability to create volume fans, and are committed to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply classic and volume eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail
- Create volume fans using the latest techniques and methods
- Customize lash extensions based on clients’ natural lashes and desired look
- Ensure a comfortable, professional, and welcoming experience for clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with safety and hygiene standards
- Provide aftercare advice and recommendations to clients
- Stay updated on lash extension trends and techniques to continually improve services
- Assist with promoting and maintaining the reputation of Moda Lash Boutique
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in classic and volume lash extensions
- Ability to create volume fans with precision
- Certified in Eyelash Extension Application (or willingness to undergo certification)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create customized looks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures related to lash extensions
- Positive attitude and team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other advanced lash techniques
- Previous experience working in a beauty salon or similar environment
- Flexible availability to accommodate client scheduling needs
