Responsibilities
- Provide a positive and exceptional experience promptly with superior attention to detail
- Be knowledgeable about all menu items to make recommendations and answer questions
- Knowledgeable about each function, knowing what is being offered, as well as the general timing of events
- Assist co-workers as necessary to provide outstanding service
- Assist with room set-up and tear-down, in addition to other cleaning responsibilities
- Follow all opening and closing procedures ensuring all areas are tidy and organized
- Complete opening, closing and side duties accurately and efficiently
- Follow all policies, procedures and safety guidelines, to ensure responsible service
Qualifications
- 1 -2 years of related serving experience is a MUST
- Both dining room and banquet experience are considered an asset
- Previous customer service experience with outstanding attention to detail
- Must be a team player who is willing to provide an exceptional experience to our membership and guests
- ProServe certification
- Must be able to work morning, day and night shifts as required
