We’re looking for a sharp, urgency-driven self-starter who can deliver top-notch executive support while jumping in on company-wide projects. Extensive experience isn’t required—what matters most is high motivation, strong organizational instincts, and solid skills with Outlook, calendar management, and the Microsoft Office suite.
What You’ll Do
- Own a busy calendar, email, and travel arrangements.
- Draft emails, meeting briefs, and presentation decks.
- Coordinate cross-border travel and small events.
- Track action items, expenses, and vendor quotes.
- Handle personal appointments and occasional errands.
Required
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills—especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional communication, meticulous follow-through, and absolute discretion
- Proven ability to pivot smoothly between high-level business tasks and personal logistics
- Strong sense of urgency and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
Preferred (not required)
- 1 + year of experience supporting senior leaders.
