We are looking for a talented, passionate, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help support the day-to-day operations of our Intake Team focusing on our employer clients. This role requires someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong team mindset, and the ability to work independently while following instructions closely. You will handle marketing content on Xiaohongshu (RED) and WeChat, respond to potential employer inquiries, screen client needs, coordinate interviews and try-outs, and ensure every step is tracked with care.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. This is a people-facing, multi-tasking role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities | 岗位职责
- Manage Xiaohongshu (RED) and WeChat marketing: content creation, posting, and replying to inquiries
- Screen and qualify potential employer clients based on their inquiries and needs
- Patiently explain services and convert interested leads into committed clients
- Match suitable Filipino workers based on job requirements
- Arrange video and in-person interviews, coordinate try-outs, and follow up on feedback
- Track all details carefully and maintain organized records of each client interaction
- Follow clear instructions and collaborate closely with the internal intake team
- 负责小红书与微信的推广内容编辑、发布、回复咨询
- 筛选和判断潜在雇主的需求与资格
- 耐心解答问题,介绍服务内容,引导转化为正式客户
- 根据需求匹配合适的菲佣人选
- 安排视频及上门面试,协调试工及反馈
- 认真记录每位客户的沟通与进度,确保细节准确无误
- 配合团队工作,按照指示完成相关任务

- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Experienced in WeChat and Xiaohongshu marketing

- Previous experience in client support, HR, or customer service is an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
