We’re seeking a results-driven, solution-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing team. You’ll play a vital role in accelerating our growth across the United States market by driving strategic sales efforts, cultivating strong relationships, and championing our world-class suite of imaging products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across your territory.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and continuously refine a comprehensive territory plan that aligns with corporate goals and market dynamics.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to contract signature—ensuring a seamless experience for prospects and stakeholders.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage deeply with client challenges, demonstrating how Intelerad’s solutions solve problems and unlock value across enterprise imaging workflows.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales engineers, product specialists, marketing, and customer success to deliver tailored, high-impact presentations and proposals.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities and revenue forecasts through our CRM system, ensuring transparency and predictability.
  • Customer Intelligence: Build a robust understanding of your clients’ operational goals, technical environments, and key buying influences to develop long-term relationships.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights from the field to inform product development, marketing messaging, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, medical imaging, or health IT.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise or mid-market environments.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to learn and explain solutions such as PACS, DICOM, HL7, or other enterprise imaging technologies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and translating technical concepts into business value.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving market.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a bias toward action and results.
  • Fluency in English required; Bilingual in French preferred

Pay Transparency Notice

The base pay for this position ranges from $98,000/year to $140,000/year (CAD) within any geographic market in Canada. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Estimated OTE (on target earnings) for this role including base salary and commission is $200-250k CAD, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
