Summary Description:
As an Engine/Transmission Dismantler you will be responsible for separating drivelines and prepping drivelines that have been requested for sales, inventory and cores while ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed in a safe manner.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Separating drivelines for all stock and core engines.
- Prepping drivelines for stock.
- Removal of all damaged parts and wiring.
- Accurately mark and label all stock parts.
- Complete QC process for all stock parts, identifying any damage or concerns with drivelines.
- Assist with other tasks requested by management.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Mechanical inclined.
- Full Mechanical teardown experience.
- Must own all mechanical tools to separate and teardown engines such as Impact gun, air ratchet, pry bars, sockets, torx, inverted torx, triple squares, hammer etc...
- Ability to work in a team environment with good time management.
- Ability to manage, organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to communicate, must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
- Forklift certification an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
