This role is hands-on and community-focused. You’ll spend time in the office, in the field supporting clients at job sites, and in meetings with local employers. You’ll work closely with the training team, support services staff, and external partners to ensure each participant receives the individualized support they need to succeed.

- Support participants with onboarding and workplace integration, including training and accommodations as needed
- Provide ongoing, on-the-job coaching and retention services to ensure employment success
- Collaborate with employers to educate and promote inclusive hiring practices
- Maintain detailed records, case notes, and employment documentation
- Support clients in understanding the impact of employment on income supports (e.g. EIA, CPP-D) and connect with benefits counselors where needed
- Attend job fairs and community events to promote the program and build employer partnerships
