Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our field teams on YVR projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with demonstrated leadership in coordinating crews, managing schedules, and maintaining strong client relations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skill, and the ability to deliver fast paced projects safely and on time in a high-security environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.
- Maintain an updated 3 week look ahead schedule to coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Liaise with clients, general contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and avoid trade overlap.
- Review drawings, specifications, and RFIs to confirm scope and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC, YVR safety policies, and company procedures.
- Provide mentoring and training to apprentices and journeymen, fostering a strong team culture.
- Track progress, report to project management, and support project close-out documentation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years electrical experience with at least 3 years as a foreman or supervisor.
- Strong background in commercial, institutional, or industrial projects, airport experience an asset.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, manpower, and client communications.
- Journeyperson Red Seal Electrician.
- RAIC pass or ability to obtain (required for YVR work).
- Self starting with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.89-$61.38 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
