Seneca Hill Private School
Seneca Hill Private School, founded in 1988, is committed to providing an enriched and personalized learning journey for each child. As an IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) Candidate School, we foster inquiry, reflection, and a global mindset within a close-knit, family-oriented community. Our small class sizes, emphasis on character education, and high academic standards empower students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We welcome all students to Seneca Hill, where bullying is not tolerated and a culture of respect and belonging is nurtured.
We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) who is passionate about nurturing young learners through play-based inquiry, social-emotional growth, and creative exploration. The ideal candidate will cultivate curiosity, build strong foundational skills, and create a warm and inclusive environment that reflects the IB Learner Profile attributes.

- Create safe, inclusive, and caring learning environments that reflect respect for diversity and individual needs.
- Incorporate storytelling, creative arts, outdoor exploration, and hands-on experiences to deepen learning connections.
- Use observation and documentation to assess growth and guide next steps in learning, in line with IB and The Kindergarten Program (2016) philosophy.
- Model and promote positive relationships, self-confidence, and community-building in the classroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child’s holistic development.
Qualifications
