Responsibilities

- Assess children's developmental progress and maintain accurate records of their achievements.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs or working persons with disabilities, ensuring inclusive practices are upheld.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
- Level 3 or 2 or 1
- CPR certificate
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse families.
- Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial for supporting all learners effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities to guide classroom activities and foster teamwork among staff.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and lesson planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
