Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team from September 3, 2025 in our after school care program working with School Aged Children (5 - 12 years old children). The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children to create a nurturing and safe environment.
Duties
- Plan activities that meet the individual needs of each child
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Communicate effectively with parents
Requirements
- Early Childhood Educator Assistant Certificate
- Clear Criminal Record Check (we will pay for it), 3 references, Emergency Child Care First Aid
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Be familiar with the early learning framework and able to implement in the program
Location: 11285 Bond Blvd, Delta, BC
Hours: 2:45 - 5:15 pm (school days)
Wage: $19 - 20 per hour (can be more depending on experience)
Job Type: Part-time
