Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong technology sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
- Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability across all platforms.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain organized records of sales performance, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in technology sales or e-commerce management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software is advantageous.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities is essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
