About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in managing online orders, supporting customer service, and handling returns and logistics. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and text in a professional and timely manner
- Process online orders, generate invoices, and handle payments
- Manage daily scheduling and calendar coordination
- Support customers with order updates, shipping details, and return logistics
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth operational workflows
- Identify and report improvements to enhance the online customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
- A self-starter who can work independently and think critically
- Comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers and solving problems on the spot
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and tools
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or fulfillment is a strong asset
